Is there a dress code? No. Please dress appropriately for the weather.

Seating Seating is on the grass, guests are encouraged to bring along rugs and chairs.
Car Parking Facilities Free car parking is available and is situated next to the arena.

There will be directional signage to the car park.
Disabled Disabled car parking is available.

There will be disabled toilet facilities.

There is no discount for disabled people or their carers.
Catering Private BBQ's are not allowed

Bring a picnic or take advantage of all the catering on site. Real ales will be served from the Twinwood arena bar.
Tables, Chairs and Gazebos The concert takes place on the grass so customers can bring rugs, chairs and tables.

Private marquees, windbreaks and gazebos are not permitted.
Terms and Conditions PRIVATE FIREWORKS, NAKED FLARES OR FLAMES ARE NOT ALLOWED. CANDLES ARE ONLY PERMITTED IF THEY ARE COVERED OR ENCLOSED.

Dogs are not allowed, except guide dogs. It should be noted however, that the fireworks are very loud.

The use of recording equipment is prohibited.

Tickets cannot be replaced, exchanged, nor money refunded.

In case of inclement weather the concert will not be cancelled, however the concert programme may be amended in the interest of safety and enjoyment of the audience.

The event organiser/venue reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised arrangements or featured artists, or to refuse admission under reasonable circumstances.

The event organiser / venue reserve the right to cancel or abandon any performance / event.

Admission is at the ticket holder's own risk, except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from negligence on the part of the event organiser / venue.
