EMEA Summit After Party
To produce Adobe’s ‘must go to’ social event for 1800 guests during their European Summit in London. Being held in the same room as the main plenary, meant The Full Effect had only two hours to transform the venue and create a buzzing party atmosphere.
About This Project
Four 45ft trucks delivered food service booths and urban props to dress the ‘streets’, while 7m high trees featured amongst the 4 tons of flora used. The main conference stage was laid with Showfloor and a full band PA system installed, set festival style for a quick turn-around of the acts that made up the evening’s entertainment – Diversity, Stooshe, Earthlights Boogie Band and Grandmaster Ash.
Technical requirements included moving stages, dry ice and pyrotechnics and bespoke graphic projections onto a large 25m x 5m wrap around screen.
During the final day of the event, presenters were able to capitalise on the excellent vibe created by ‘Streetlife’, which had exceeded the expectations of both delegates and client and played a major part in achieving the business and social objectives set by Adobe.
